Privacy & data handling

Plainly stated: what we collect, why, how we protect it, and how to make us delete it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@iterategy.com and we'll answer.
What we collect
- Audit intake information you submit through our intake form (hosted by Tally): details about your business, tools, workflows, and — only if you choose to share them — sample documents.
- Purchase information processed by our payment providers (Stripe for the audit, Gumroad for Shelf products). We never see or store your full card details; those are handled by the provider.
- Email address, if you contact us or opt into updates (managed via Loops).
- Anonymous usage analytics — aggregate page views and traffic sources, via Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics. We enable IP anonymization and do not use this to identify you.
How we use it
- To produce and deliver your audit, and to answer your questions during the Q&A window.
- To deliver Shelf products you purchase and provide support.
- To send updates you've asked for — and nothing you haven't.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your data, and we don't share it except with the service providers named here, strictly to deliver what you asked for.
Audit data — our deletion promise
The information and documents you share for an audit are used only to produce your audit. On request, or by default within 90 days of delivery, we delete the source documents and access grants you provided. If you gave us temporary read-only access to any system, revoke it at any time — we'll have already exported only what the audit required.
Third-party services
We rely on a small set of providers, each with its own privacy policy:
- Cloudflare — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
- Tally — intake forms.
- Stripe — audit payments.
- Gumroad — Shelf product checkout and delivery.
- Loops — email updates.
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate, IP-anonymized usage analytics.
Your choices
- Access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you — email hello@iterategy.com and we'll action it promptly.
- Unsubscribe from any email via the link in its footer.
- Opt out of analytics with any standard browser do-not-track or ad/analytics blocker; the site works fully without it.
Data security
We keep the data we hold to the minimum needed, store it with reputable providers, and limit access to the people and agents that need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your operational details as confidential — permanently.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, tell you directly. Questions? hello@iterategy.com.
