Money-Back Guarantee — AI Operations Audit

How it works

The guarantee is customer-judged. You decide whether the roadmap is worth what you paid. You do not need to prove a finding was wrong or justify your decision. If you don't believe the roadmap is worth the fee — within 14 days of your live readout call — email us and we'll refund you in full.

The 14-day window starts the day of your live 30-minute readout call. If your readout is not yet scheduled, the window starts when your written report is delivered.

How to claim a refund

1. Email hello@iterategy.com with subject line "Audit refund request" within 14 days of your readout.
2. No explanation required. We may send a one-question survey to help us improve — answering it is optional and does not affect your refund.
3. Refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Full amount only — no partial refunds.

You keep the report regardless.

What the guarantee does not cover

• Implementation outcomes. The guarantee covers your judgment of the roadmap's value — not the results of any automation you build from it. Implementation work orders carry their own terms.
• Requests outside the 14-day window. The window is firm. If you need more time to evaluate the report, note that in your email before the window closes and we'll consider it.
• Launch-offer seats. Refunds for $997 launch seats are issued at the launch price paid — $997.

Fee credit toward implementation

If you are satisfied with your audit and proceed to an implementation work order, your full audit fee ($1,500, or $997 for launch seats) applies as a credit toward the first work order. The fee credit cannot be combined with a refund request — a refund voids the credit, and the credit voids the refund option.
