What it actually means to run a business on agents

This is the Iterategy blog. It has one job: show the work.

We run this business on AI agents. Not “AI-assisted” in the brochure sense — the intake, the drafting, the publishing, and the site you’re reading all move through a system of agents, with a human on the judgment calls. This blog is where we publish what that’s actually like.

What you’ll find here

Specific operating decisions, not think-pieces. The metric that killed a product idea. A launch that worked and why. A gate that caught a bad draft before it shipped. Every post comes from a real event in the business — a ticket, a pull request, a number that moved.

If a post reads like it could have been written about any company, it doesn’t belong here. Specificity is the whole point.

The one rule

No client names. Not now, not ever. The businesses we work with trust us with how they actually run, and that stays confidential permanently. So the proof here is never a name — it’s the artifact. The system. The number you can check.

That constraint isn’t a limitation; it’s the discipline. It forces every claim to stand on something real.

Where to go next

More soon — from the actual work.
